Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
A Judith Safaris representative will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transport you to your accommodation, which is surrounded by a coffee farm. Depending on when you get there, you can visit the Maasai market or the Tanzanite museum for some glittering souvenirs. Furthermore, you may buy souvenirs from the lodge that are made by a group of disabled people called the Shanga Shangaa. Otherwise, tour the plantation, enjoy the tranquilly of the grounds, and get ready for your safari.

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park
After spending a delightful evening at the lodge, you will depart for Lake Manyara National Park, which is home to tree-climbing lions. It takes roughly two hours to get to the national park. You’ll pass through Mto Wa Mbu along the way, where you can choose to pause and buy fruits or souvenirs. Day 3: Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park

Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
On your way to the Serengeti National Park, you leave the resort after breakfast and pass through the Ngorongoro Crater. You will see the Maasai people performing their traditional dances at a Maasai Boma on your journey. There are many incredible photo opportunities during this magical time of day, so you shouldn’t miss the Serengeti sunrise. You have the option of returning to your accommodation for a hot meal or bringing a packed lunch to dine at one of the many picnic areas scattered around the Serengeti. After lunch, you’ll go on a game drive. Look out for lions as nightfall draws near.
Cheetahs can also be spotted on the plains in the early morning and late afternoon when it’s not too hot. They rely on speed and daylight to get their prey. Hippos and their pods live in the larger pools and rivers, while crocodiles can be seen lounging on the riverbanks.
